Pempek Palembang (Indonesian Fish Cake with Chili Sauce)
The main ingredients of Pempek are mixed of ground frozen fish, tapioca flour and spices.
Pempek is sold in well cooked and pre-fried condition. It's sold in a vacuumed-air-tight plastic foodsaver to maintain its freshness. The quantity in each package will depend on the orders.
Cuka (Dark chilly sauce) is included. As an option to Spicy sauce, you can also request for Mild sauce. Please mention that clearly when you order.
Each pempek Telor and Panjang is sold individually for $4/ piece (available all year round).
Seasonal pempek such as pempek bulet goreng is sold in 10 pcs for $10.
Orders for out of town customers will start a soon as the weather is around the 50s F, usually between October through mid-May.
Shipping is using USPS flat rate boxes. There is no additional shipping and handling fee other than what USPS is charging at current rate. For more information please check at www.usps.com and check the flat rate any weight any destination.
Medium boxes can fit max 20 pempek
Large boxes can fit around 30 pempek.
To avoid staying over the weekend at post office, shipping is usually done every Wednesday, and expected to arrive on Friday.

We do not have a physical store in Addison, Illinois. For local customers, we do delivery (within approx. 15 miles) for large quantity of orders.
