Sagu Keju | Cheese Sago Cookies | Gluten-Free | Indonesian Cookies Recipe


*1 cup = 240 ml
*1 tbsp = 15 ml

Ingredients (42 cookies)
240 g (2 cups) sago flour or tapioca flour
2 pandan leaves
100 g (7 tbsp) unsalted butter
75 g (½ cup + 2 tbsp) powdered sugar or icing sugar
1 egg yolk
45 g (3 tbsp) coconut milk
75 g shredded cheese (edam, cheddar, or parmesan)

Bahan-bahan (42 buah)
240 g (2 cups) tepung sagu
2 daun pandan
100 g (7 sdm) mentega atau margarin
75 g (½ cup + 2 sdm) gula halus
1 kuning telur
45 g (3 sdm) santan
75 g keju parut (edam, cheddar atau parmesan)
